Transworld has in recent months been following closely the ownership 'musical chairs' that has been occurring with clubs in the English Premier League and Championship.

In line with a White Paper we issued late last year on the evolvement of English football clubs as international leisure and entertainment brands attracting investment attention from private equity firms, international sporting franchise owners, sports management companies and entrepreneurs, so Transworld has now actively entered the fray.

Without revealing too much at this stage for reasons of confidentiality, suffice it to say that Transworld is actively engaged in discussions with clubs and their owners in both the Premier League and Championship and expects to be in a position to announce in coming weeks the acquisition of one or more of these Clubs on behalf of its international clients.
