In line with its growing investment in environmental technologies and applications, Transworld is delighted to announce its acquisition of the global rights to Sokerol, a leading organic oil and chemical spill absorbent that has been present in Australia, China and parts of the Middle East and is now aiming to expand its markets into the rest of Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America.

Sokerol has a unique blend of attributes from being wholly organic while providing high levels of both hydrocarbon absorbency coupled with being non leaching and equally well suited to use on land and water.

Transworld has created Sokerol Group Limited in the Isle of Man as the group holding company and will operate its global commercial operations through its UK subsidiary, Sokerol International Limited which is already engaging in discussions intended to lead to the setting up of regional manufacturing and global distribution of this much acclaimed product.
