Faced with a Judgment for nearly US$250,000 and the prospect of their bank accounts being garnisheed, ABF finally entered into an agreement with Transworld to settle the Judgement debt, with ongoing costs and interests by payments over 2 years. Hopefully, this will be the end of the matter and the debt will now be paid off without the need for us to garnishee their bank accounts or have the local Sheriff enter and take their assets .
