Delighted to report having entered into an MOU with Green Street Capital Corporation for the settng up of a Sokerol manufacturing and distribution licenses in the USA.

ABF JUDGEMENT SETTLEMENT
Faced with a Judgment for nearly US$250,000 and the prospect of their bank accounts being garnisheed, ABF finally entered into an agreement with Transworld to settle the Judgement debt, with ongoing costs and interests by payments over 2 years.

TRANSWORLD AWARDED JUDGEMENT AGAINST ABF
Judgment was entered on August 9th, 2011 in the United States District Court ( Middle District of Florida ) against Affordable Bio Feedstock , Inc , Abe N. Freeman and others by Transworld Group Limited .

CLEANING THE PLANET
In line with its growing investment in environmental technologies and applications, Transworld is delighted to announce its acquisition of the global rights to Sokerol, a leading organic oil and chemical spill absorbent that has been present in Australia, China and parts of the Middle East and is now aiming to expand its markets into the rest of Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America.

Transworld is set to launch its Clean Energy Fund as an exempt Isle of Man fund established to support investment in Transworld's Projects within the clean energy sector, with focus on its activities involving proprietary waste management processing, state of the art biodiesel production and revolutionary wind turbine design.

Transworld Energy is embarking on the acquisition, funding and global commercialisation of a patented Wind Energy Turbine capable of delivery high energy output at lower speeds with little or no resulting noise or vibration associated with current wind turbine designs.
