Transworld has an interest in a residential, tourism, commercial and industrial integrated development project in the form of ‘Global City’ being intended as Asia’s primary International Freight Hub and Free Enterprise Zone.

To be located in Central Cambodia, it is intended ‘Global City’ will comprise ..

• Global Air Cargo Hub
• Free Enterprise Zone of 12,500 ha within a 20,000 ha concession
• Asia’s first Global Airport dedicated to 24 hour freight services,
• Direct access from taxiway to free enterprise zone facilities
• 4200m x 45m airstrip with parallel taxiway
• A link to the world’s industrial and agricultural production centres
• Facilities for undertaking trade between Asia and the rest of the World

The airport with the adjoining Industrial Zone will be surrounded by the Residential Districts, Resort & Hotel and Tourist Facilities It is proposed, the project will be developed and operated by a Transworld joint venture company providing for a 30% Cambodian Government equity interest.
